Our Montana Fly Fishing Lodge has well appointed rooms complete with private baths that are always clean and comfortable. Eight rooms are located in two 4-plex units across from the main lodge. Great Waters Inn is proud to present Sarah Caldwell as our executive chef. Sarah’s culinary talents are complimented by her friendly and engaging personality and she is a wonderful addition to our outstanding staff.
After an exciting day on the water you can look forward to perfectly paired entrees including robust salads, hearty soups and delectable desserts. Expect such delicacies as pork crown roast with an apple / cranberry and pecan stuffing. The finest Montana steaks grilled to perfection topped with Béarnaise sauce and served over garlic mashed potatoes. Chicken and capers in a butter white wine sauce over tie pasta, paired with asparagus.
Chef Sarah also enjoys preparing classic dishes like Con Au Vin and Paella. Select wines from the vineyards of Chile, Argentina, Washington State and the Napa Valley will compliment your meal. We are happy and able to accommodate any special dietary requests with ample notice.
